How do I search for my Energia Extra Offers?

We have a number of great categories to choose from! Simply view the home page and choose a category. Great new offers are posted monthly so don’t forget to check in regularly.

How do I receive my reward?

All Energia Extra Offers with the exception of cash back can be downloaded as a voucher or redeemed using a promotional code. Each downloaded voucher indicates the terms of use and the expiry date. Some vouchers may contain a promotional code that will need to be quoted to redeem your offer.

Who books my travel rewards?

All travel rewards are booked through WIN | WIN Travel, which is fully licensed and bonded by The Commission of Aviation Regulation, TA0679. All travel offers on the Energia Extra programme must be booked through WIN | WIN Travel to be deemed valid. Once travel bookings have been made your contract will be with the participating Airline/Tour Operator.

Do I have to take out any accident insurance for some of the experiences?

Experience Outlets are expected to provide public liability insurance and you should confirm this when booking. Additional insurance can be taken out at your own expense. We cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate insurance.

What can I do if my voucher is out of date?

Reward Vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher. The expiry date is printed on the front of each voucher. Special consideration may be given in exceptional circumstances. Please call +353 818 240 071 to enquire about the possibility of extending the expiry date.

What can I do if I lose my voucher?

If you are unfortunate enough to lose your voucher, please contact us as soon as you can and we will re-issue a voucher to you. Please be aware that we require the voucher number to process any replacement requests. Please call +353 818 240 071 & provide your voucher number.

Who is eligible to access this program?

The Energia Extra program may be used by any Energia current commercial or home energy customer including family members and employees.

Can I suggest a vendor for the program?

How do I get discounts with local businesses?

Each offer states how that vendor wishes its discount to be validated. Some local offers are validated by downloadable vouchers. To use a voucher all you have to do is print the voucher and bring it to the vendor premises in order to redeem the discount.

Are there any restrictions on discounts offered by vendors?

In some cases, there are restrictions. For example, many discounts do not apply on sale goods or already discounted services. Restrictions will be outlined on your voucher or via the website.
